According to this decree, such treatment is subject to the principles of fairness, legal use, transparency and protection of your privacy and related rights.

Therefore pursuant to art. 13, Legislative Decree 196/2003, we inform you of the following:

1. The data you provide will be treated for the purpose of completing booking services through the “loversofitaly.com” web site or our partner web sites. If you check any of the special boxes, the data will also be used to send you messages of an informative and/or commercial nature (e.g. the Newsletter).

2. The data treatment will be performed electronically.

3. The provision of data is compulsory both for users requesting bookings and for property owners or tourist service providers, as without such data no bookings can be confirmed. Failure to provide data therefore results in lack of a related contract. In any event, you can choose to receive or not receive messages of an informative/commercial nature (e.g. newsletters) by checking or leaving blank the special box in the registration form.

4. The data will be forwarded only to persons responsible for completing booking arrangements (e.g. to the chosen property) and for issue of the Loversofitaly newsletter. The data will not be disclosed to any person outside this sphere of operations.

1. The interested party has the right to receive confirmation of the existence or otherwise of any related personal data, even if unrecorded, and communication of the same in intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to be informed of:

• the source of the personal data;
• the purpose and method of the treatment;
• the logic applied in the event of treatment via the use of electronic instruments;
• details of the owner, manager and designated representative under the terms of article 5, subsection 2;
• subjects and subject categories to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of data as designated Italian representative, manager or delegated personnel.

3. The interested party has the right to:

a) update, rectify or, if so desired, integrate the data; b) cancel, transform into anonymous format or block data treated in violation of the law, including any data for which preservation is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was obtained or subsequently treated; c) receive confirmation that procedures under letters a) and b) above have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, to those to whom the data has been communicated or transmitted, unless this proves impossible or requires the exploitation of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The interested party has the right to oppose, wholly or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons, the treatment of related personal data, even if relevant to the purposes of its collection;
b) the treatment of related personal data for the issue of advertising material or direct sales or market research or sales communications.
